Refund & Cancellation

At Conferencestime, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding webinar experiences. We recognize that plans can change, so we’ve created this clear and fair Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency for all participants.

1. Webinar Cancellation by Conferencestime

Conferencestime reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Low registration numbers (e.g., fewer than 5 participants).
  • Technical difficulties or other issues beyond our control.

In the event of cancellation:

  • We will notify all registered attendees via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • You will be entitled to a full refund, processed within 3 business days after you submit your refund request with order details to cs@conferencestime.com.
  • Alternatively, you may choose one of the following at no extra cost:
    • Transfer your registration to another upcoming webinar of equal or similar value (simply email us the details of the original and preferred event).
    • Receive the recorded session or e-transcript of the cancelled webinar.

2. Cancellation by Attendees

You may cancel your webinar registration under these terms:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing to cs@conferencestime.comat least 2 business days before the scheduled webinar date.
  • Include the following details: Transaction ID, Webinar ID, Order ID, and Event Date.

If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund, processed within 3 business days.
  • Transfer of registration to another webinar of equal or equivalent value.
  • Access to the recorded session or e-transcript at no additional cost.

No refunds or transfers will be provided if:

  • The cancellation request is received less than 2 business days before the event.
  • You do not attend the live session without prior cancellation.

3. Missed Webinars

If you cannot attend the live session, you can still access the full value of your registration. Simply contact cs@conferencestime.com with your Transaction ID, Webinar ID, Order ID, and Event Date to request the on-demand recording or e-transcript at no extra charge.

4. Package or Subscription Plan Cancellation

For registrations under any subscription package or plan:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cs@conferencestime.com within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Include your Transaction ID, Order ID, and package details.

Valid requests will receive a full refund processed within 3 business days. Cancellations requested after the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.
